Live streaming of the 2010 IPF/NAPF/FESUPO Pan-American Bench Press Championships will take place in Road Town, Tortola, and British Virgin Islands on October 7– 9, 2010.Seven [7] IPF Member Federations will take part in the championship: Brazil, British Virgin Islands, Canada, Costa Rica, Puerto Rico, USA and the US Virgin Islands.
The featured lifters are: Women — Irani Barbosa Rodrigues and Nilceia Da Silva [Brazil] and Rebekah Lair [USA]. Men – Eric Oishi and Edmur Pessoa [Brazil]; The Twin Towers – Cliff Williams and Shevon Reef [British Virgin Islands]; Orlando Blas, Harold Milan and Lazlo Nieves [Puerto Rico] and Demetrius Maoury; Clint Poore, Chris Calvano, Shaun Bales, and Big Jon Bogart from the USA. Bogart expects to set yet the IPF World Record at 125+kg and be the first lifter in the IPF to go 365kg in the Bench Press.
